I placed multiple orders, can you combine them?
Yes, just email me shortly after you place your orders so that I will know about it and refunded you shipment costs if needed.
Can I picked up my order from you if I live in the Denver Area?
Yes, just make sure you select Pick Up when choosing the shipping option and email me a good date and time to meet up!
Shipping
Why is International Shipping so expensive?
This is the amount the U.S Postal office charges for international shipping. I make no extra profit off of international shipping or any shipping
My Package is Lost. What do I do?
If your package is lost please contact your local post office first. You will be emailed a tracking number when I ship out your order; please refer to this when you contact your post office. If you still can not find your package please contact me within 30 days of the shipment day and I may be able to replace your package. Keep in mind 30 days after the shipment date you will no longer be eligable for a replacement.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
I ship out orders every Monday, so expect to get your package within a week or two of ordering! I will always email you if I can not ship out your order right away!
I'm moving soon, what address should I use?
If you know for sure you will be in your new place within a week or two of ordering, please use the newer address or you may email me [email protected] for further assistance!

Do I need to worry about my package arriving damaged?
No, I package all my orders with water-resist bubble mailers and 2 pieces of chip board to protect your precious art prints and stickers from bending and water damage! If you receive a damaged product you will eligible for an replacement, exchange, or full refund!
What are you doing to make your packaging more eco-friendly?
I am currently looking into getting more compostable mailers and I am avoiding plastic as much as I can. I use tissue paper and hand made envelopes to protect the Illustrations from scratches and tears.
What do you use to package your orders?
I use water-resist bubble mailers in three sizes, 5 in x 7 in, 7 in x 9 in, 8 in x 11 in, two pieces of chipboard to protect from bending, and tissue paper to protect from wear and tear during shipping
Products
What do you use to make your products?
I use Gloss 100# Cover for prints, white glossy sticker paper and clear lamanite for stickers. All other products I outsource.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes , but they are not car-proof! All Stickers have clear laminate to protect from weather damage. I reccomend you don't submerge them in water for a long period of time or put them on your car. If you do they will get water damaged faster. Waterbottles are fine as long as you handwash them. These stickers are not dishwaser safe (This excludes all vinyl stickers)
Are your Earrings Hypoallergenic?
All my earrings are nickel free but I can not guarantee it is hypoallergenic. I am currently trying to transition in Hyoallergenic backing for my earrings though. Stay updated on this information through my instagram or tiktok!
